Weigh chicken cooked or raw?

It weighs more when its raw because of all the water/juices inside of the breast. Back of my chicken package says 4oz = 23g of protein. I'm assuming thats raw correct?

So should I weigh 4 oz's raw then cook it, then measure it cooked for the true 23 g's of protein weight?

Your right the raw chicken still has lots of h20 in it. It more accurate to weigh it cooked. THe difference wont be much but all those grams add up.
