nutritionist recommended me to have two glasses after work out for faster recovery, it contains high levels of L-citrulline, to maintain muscle mass when losing fat , I wonder if it's ok to have it every day?
 
I would just eat the actual watermelon. The problem with juicing is that you loose the beneficial fiber in the fruit.

Besides, there is nothing more refreshing then watermelon slices. Saves you clean up as well. Just cut the watermelon into slices and have at it.
 
When cutting it is inevitable that you will lose some muscle but if you are getting cut you will actually look bigger. Just drink water for hydration. If you are getting enough protein in each day that will help with muscle preservation.
