Well if you're bulking I don't know why you wouldn't be taking any kind of carb at all in right after your workout, your post workout meal is the most important of the day. You just worked your ass off, why wouldn't you want to properly feed your muscles.

You definiately should be taking in some dextrose or maltodextrin.
 
You're on track with the protein, but Miss24k is right, you should be taking in fairly high levels of carbs after your workout. I usually eat around 100 g, with emphasis on high glycemic index carbs.
 
Carbs help with the uptake of protein into muscle cells. So, yea....like fortunatesun said,you wouldn't be getting the maximum absorbtion of the protein you do consume. This meaning: yes, you would be eating alot of protein, however, your body wouldn't be using as much of it than if you were taking in carbs along with it.
