Venison Recipes

Hey guys...
Anybody got any good marinades for venison or good recipes that you like to use? I have TONS of deer meat in the freezer and need different ways to cook it...

I cook it just like steak. I love the taste so I don't marinate the backstrap, I just add salt and pepper. The other parts I marinade overnight in any store bought marinade then grill and season. YOu really can't go wrong.
Its a good health meal
