Are there any vegetarians in this forum ? If so what are some of the regualr meals are consuming daily and what are your most effective protein sources?

i spend half the week on a vegetarian diet.. lots of raw nuts, raw honey, top quality eggs, veggies, and fruit

on days i do eat meat it is grassfed beef, hormone free chicken/turkey
 
I am not a vegetarian but I have trained quite a few vegetarians.

Eggs, whey, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds will be staples in your diet. You will most likely need to start using a well developed protein supplement to reach your daily protein requirements
 
I'm vegan. rice, tofu, veggies and nuts every meal. you don't need the massive protein the industry makes you think you do.
