vegetarian bodybuilding tips

I have a question for those of you who have done vegetarian type dieting as to what are the most protein rich foods you recommend and how it worked out for you. I am looking to bodybuild but I want to do it without meat. is this even possible and if it is can you tell me some tips and tricks to help me.
 
okay the way to run a vegetarian diet for fitness is stick with natural whole foods the whole way. a big mistake vegetarians make is they eat things like pasta, baked goods, and other things in packages. stick to a plant based diet and add humane friendly eggs and you will be successful
 
you can Google it... not of info on nutrition out there. it will take some trial and error to see what works. I would recommend keeping fish and eggs in your diet if you can.
