ok so i've heard from numerous places that theoretically you can "eat as many non-starchy vegetables as you want." Is this true, can you eat as many non-starchy vegetables (i.e. green vegatables, low carb vegetables) as you can hold down?
IMO this all depends on the way your body processes these foods and what you are trying to achieve. Some people don't count veggies at all in his/her cals, when I'm tracking I count everything.
I DO feel unlimited green veggies can be good for you and also filling if you are hungry.
I count them also.....after all they do have calories, so technically your numbers wouldn't be truly accurate if they weren't counted.....I also like to track them so I can keep track of my fiber count.....
