    Can't go wrong with green fibrous veggies. Broccoli, green beans, asparagus, spinach, leafy greens, etc..

    X2.....My favorite is cucumber.

    If you're using Cruciferous veggies like broccoli or brussel sprouts watch for excess bloating.

    Oh man there are so many. I love vegetables.
    To name a few:

    Lettuce, cucumber (pickels as well ), tomato (although it's not a vegetable), broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, onion, paprika (all colors), cabbage, green beans...and the list goes on...
