    Can you get the same results taking vegetable powders instead of eating real vegetables? Because of pesticides etc is it better to go with powders?

    I've never really run into vegetable powder meant for direct consumption, but depending on how it was processed, it should have pretty much the same nutritional value.

    How would that work? Before it was powdered it'd still have been a whole vegetable before.

    I've never been a fan of these green powders. I don't care what anyone says but I highly doubt it would be the same as eating a freshly picked vegetable.

    no because a powder is heavily processed. the body knows the difference between a powder and real food.

    as far as pesticides that is why we grown our own food or seek foods grown organically.
