Urci Acid and read meat

Hi guys, I will follow a high protein low carb diet for cutting and mas gains, red meat is a very important source of protein and I love it, I would have red meat 24-7 but my problem is I tend to have high levels of uric acid. I got that form my dad and my grandfather and most of the males in my family have the same problem, my question is which cut and how much red meat can i have a week to avoid uric acid levels raising? thank you.
 
All red meat is going to be high in uric acid. I would limit red meat to a max 8oz serving 2-3 days per week.

You are going to need to base your diet around lean poultry, wild fish, eggs/egg whites, high quality protein supplements etc.

That's better for health anyways. Red meat is fine in moderation but excess amounts of red meat is not the best for heart health.
