Upsidedown Bodybuilding Ten day diet.

Hey bros. I am on my first day of the 10 day diet on Upsidedown Bodybuilding by Elington Darden. Its 1300 calories a day for ten days (Moderate protein, carbs, and low fat). You are supposed to be able to lose 10 pounds if you are over 200lbs. The plan also calls for a brief full body workout every other day. Has anyone tried this diet? I dont want to lose a bunch of muscle. I don't think I could lose much muscle in such a short time. I am thinking of taking 4 dbol a day while doing it to ensure that I don't lose muscle, I don't want to waste any though if I don't need it. Any thoughts? Thanks.

#1 You don't "loose" weight, you "lose" weight. :)

#2 What they are not telling you is that any weight loss is initially water loss, not bodyfat.

So far, the diet is halfway there, i.e., it's 'upside down' alright! You're going to need more than someone telling you to eat 1300cals/day for 10 days. That's not bodybuilding in my opinion.
