udo's oil or MCT oil?

just wondering what oil i should take? I am trying to cut down and lose some fat(approx. 30lbs) I am trying to follow a CKD diet and i wanna get the majority of my fat intake thru either of these oils as well as flax. Anyone have any suggestions on how much oil i should take daily?

i use udo's
it contains mct plus omega369

at one third the cost of extra virgin coconut oil which is the only source of mct i could find in ottawa, canada presently ($45 a 16 ounce jar) and it is vicous like butter

the sales rep said spread it on toast

"dear lady i do not eat toast"

her response is well you can try choking it down

one per meal

but i also take a mixed omega369
2 caps a day
does not contain mct's
but i feel a broader mix has more benefits
no scientific basis just gut instinct

and i still have more than enough gut to back it up
lol

i also add lots of different oils to my cooking

oils used in cooking or eating:

xtra virgin olive oil(i do not cook with this merely add it before consumption)

pure olive oil

walnut oil

hazelnut oil

peanut oil (used in stirfries)

roasted peanut oil ( think pnut butter without the thick stuff and no carbs)

canola

sunflower

safflower

wheat germ oil(non-cooking)

pumkin seed oil (non-cooking)

tuna oil (non cooking)

salmon oil (non-cooking)

flaxseed
borage


you get the idea

all thes are safe and there are now studies about coconut oil
