Excerpt: I am going to be running a cycle and want to grow, what is a good post workout meal I can take to accomplish 15 pound gain? I usually eat 6 eggs for breakfast and a protein shake. and for dinner i eat a personal pan pizza and pasta. are either meal suitable for post workout or do i need more protein?

eat real food regardless. never eat fake food.
pan pizza and pasta is FAKE FOOD. if you can raise it or grow it then it is real.
here is a good dinner. grassfed 8oz steak (high fat), cup rice, brocolli (or salad). use unrefined cold pressed coconut oil and you can add salt, pepper, oregano to it. simple yet real food

I would just go home and eat a good quality meal. Don't obsess about getting food in as soon as possible, but on the quality of the meal. Avoid processed foods.

It doesnt matter as long as you hit your caloric and macro requirements

Just eat bro... Worry about what you eat when you cut. Just don't eat junk food or get too crazy etc. . Eat, train, sleep = grow.
