turkey breast vs chicken breast

which one of this meals has less fat and a higher nutritional value, my budget is not that big so I have to chose either or, I'm trying to lose weight while putting some muscle mass , thank you for your advice.
 
The macronutrients are almost identical but turkey breast has slightly less fat and calories per serving.
