I buy those little snack tuna packages you know with the light mayo, tuna, relish pack and crackers to eat during the day for midmorning and afternnon snacks. But now they have this tuna white. The nutritutional qualities are almost the same except tuna white has 2 grams less protien than tuna light. So I guess I am asking what is the differnce other than it being white instead for pinkish?
