tuna in oil

hey bros, questions, do you think the oil in tuna is 100% olive oil? that's what I've been having in my diet and I tend to have high cholesterol and I'm worried about tuna in oil increasing my cholesterol.

You would have to read the can but I would always get tuna in water. It is basically pure protein that way. Not to mention the added calories from the oil in your diet.

This is a perfect example of why it's always so important to read ingredient labels.

I have seen tuna packed in extra virgin olive oil and I have also seen it packed in soybean oil.

The only way to know for sure is to read the ingredient label.

Just read the label bro.

But I am pretty sure most of those cans will have something bad quality. Just get tuna in water and save those calories.
