hey brothers. no doubt youve heard of the mercury incidents in canned fish, but is this of
any real worry? my mother doesnt like the amount of canned tuna i eat because of the mercury. thanks.

you should be just as concerned with the amount of plastics in our oceans

you eat wild fish you get the plastics and mercury
you eat farm raised fish you get inferior nutrition and hormones

fish was once one of the healthiest things to consume
now not so much

a lot of guys love tuna out of a can because it is cheap, but there are plenty of risks including food poisoning which is very common. i would make sure you heat it

This is very true thanks to mankind's pollution. Larger fish like tuna have high levels of mercury, because they ate lots of little fish and so on. Definitely limit your intake.
