i like tuna, and its great protein. i dont like the stuff in water, just the tuna in oil. if you rinse the oil off is it low in fat?
 
you'll get rid of mostof the fat but i reckon it will probably have about 7 grams or so of fat left peer 100g (well according to the tin i have here with me)

just get tuna canned in olive oil.. goo dhealthy fats
 
You are better off using it in the water. Try some Salmon in the foil packages too - it is good. I actually heat up the salmon a little in the microwave and put a tablespoon of BBQ sauce on it. BBQ sauce has some sugars in it though.
 
Yeah use the stuff in water, just drain the water out first (obviously). I have heard that the dry tuna in the pouches is awesome, but it's a lot more expensive.
