Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below When I was younger I would get upset when I saw them being mean to that rabbit and telling him “Silly Rabbit Trix are for kids.” I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal? Now as an adult I have thought about this a lot and how marketing works on children. In my fitness journey I also realize how bad cereal is for me, but can you break down exactly why cereal is so bad aside from the high sugar content?

Dont eat cereal, there are alternatives like oatmeal even if its for your kids.
many parents give their kids cereal cause it is cheap and easy. parents are too lazy to cook their kids food. plus the cereal tastes good and sugary. unfortunately look at how many 8 year olds have rotting teeth falling out these days in america.
