The take home message is that at the end of the day, calories in vs calories out is the most important thing but a high meal frequency, timing your carbohydrates around breakfast, pre workout and post workout and basing your diet around unprocessed whole foods is optimal and may lead to an extra 5-10%. Every little bit adds up.
 
Just think about it logically. Food is fuel. It makes sense to fuel your body at breakfast. At dinner you don't need the fuel because you are about to go to bed and aren't going to be active.
 
Great video. People need to remember that having a healthy body will burn fat more efficiently than one that is fed cookies all day long.
