    this is true. breakfast should be big, dinner should be small.. its a cliche and bro science, but it works.. digestion plays a big role in that

    Just think about it logically. Food is fuel. It makes sense to fuel your body at breakfast. At dinner you don't need the fuel because you are about to go to bed and aren't going to be active.
