Alright... since I skipped my almonds break I'll eat those then. I'm having an issue with trying to eat today. Not feeling it. Tad bit crusty I think too. Does creatine mess with anything like that? I have been feeling quite what's the word.... 'testy-arguey-arrogant' the past few days... as you noticed from last night. Though I am typically all those things... Just a bit more so lately.

Alright... What's up with the foot shot? Are you working on making your feet more defined? Or trying to show the ladies you have big feet so they will think other things?

Felt o.k. this morning almost got sick on the change in cardio plan.... but held my cookies. Slept like ass last night... Could be the 2 trex I took at 5:30p. Side note not to do that again. Need to up my water intake. I feel pretty good overall energy wise.
