you have lost 4% BF and yet your bodyparts are maintaining OR getting bigger..

WELL DONE.....thats a GAIN of 4 pounds of lbm and a LOSS of close to 6 pounds of fat

why are you taking 10 g of creatine? I thought we were to take 5g in total?
I'm I doing this wrong?

It says 1 tsp (apr 5 grams) in the morning shake, and one in the afternoon/evening shake...
Loading would be 10g a.m. and p.m.
 
hmmm skittles how much are you taking. I'm pretty sure you are taking the wafers like me... each one contains 2.5 g should I be eating 4 a day?

You know what I'm an idiot.... I think the back of the container says T, and I have been doing 1 t. 3t = 1 T, said apr 5g in a T, so technically I'm only taking apr 2 grams...
So 2 grams twice a day.

cool so 5 g of Creatine is good.. Perfect!
