Treilin Food Log

AngMc said:
Treilin do you think the amount of fat you take in is good for fat lose? My fat intake seems to be between 45-50, all good fats, but I can't see how to lessen that. My ratios are around the same as yours as well, 45-50% pro so on.

I don't think you would want to drop that!

Post up your diet /stats, and maybe someone can help :)

I posted everything in the "I'm Back With PCOS..." thread. I would paste it here, if I knew how. I'm a little computer deficent. I think my diet is OK. I'm vegetarian so it is hard to form a cutting diet high in protein and lower in carbs, considering I want to eat some protein. I don't want to lean too heavily on pro shakes.

Most of the fat I get is healthy, from tofu, olive oil (2-3 teaspoons a day), and nuts.
Treilin, sorry for hijacking your thread......Ang

Eh... you're fine. Ask Shadow for advice. I'm not so much on the 'cutting' diet like Aley and Skittles. I take in about 300 more calories then the two of them usually, to gain some more muscle. They are around 1400 calories at a 40/30/30. If you look at the two of them they are looking pretty dang good. So it appears to be working for either cutting or for me 'kinda' bulking.

Thanks, I wouldn't have an avatar if it weren't for you! Spinach pie is what Sassy posted on the recipe thread. I figured I would go to the store and create one this evening and try it out.

This is what she posted as the cal breakdown:
Makes 8 servings:
170 cal, 8 g total fat (3.5 sat fat), 125 mg cholesterol, 550 mg sodium, 10 g carb, 1 g dietary fiber, 16 g protein

LOL It's cute how we have our own doll creations as avatars......
