training with a full stomach

Hi guys, I have a question, I train ate my college gym at 2pm so I have to split my two and half hours of break between lunch and training, I eat lunch and go to lift right away, so I wonder if it could be dangerous or causes any health issues, thanks.
 
Just eat a light lunch and eat a big meal after your workout. If you train with a lot of food in your stomach, blood will be in your stomach digesting the meal instead of in your muscles (where you want it).

Have something light like a bowl of oatmeal, a scoop of whey isolate and an apple before your workout and then eat a big meal post workout.
 
Just listen to your body. If you feel ok and can still train hard then don't worry about it.

If you are feeling slow or bloated then you will have to make adjustments.
