Traditional Brown Rice v Quick-cooking Brown Rice

Is it worth using quick-cooking brown rice instead of traditional brown rice for time effectiveness, or are the amount of vitamins and nutrients in quick-cooking rice brown and the GI of quick-cooking brown rice significantly lower than that of the traditional variety?

Quick-cooking brown rice generally takes 10 minutes to cook whereas regular brown rice takes about 30 - 40 mins.
 
instant rice is not of high quality as rice that takes 45 mins. try and get regular brown rice.
 
Would the GI of instant rice/instant oatmeal compared to regular rice/regular oatmeal also be lower, or just the vitamin/nutrient content?
