TKD Blood Glucose and Urine Ketone Experiment Results

Texas Guy

New member
In trying to figure out how much and timing of carbs for a TKD, I tested my blood glucose using my new handy dandy Walgreens glucometer and my urine ketones with ketostix every half hour. I estimated the ketones based on the colors, even in-between colors. For the workout, I did about 25 sets, mostly of supersets and drop sets, as well as about 7 sets of abs.

I guess my question is, it looks like I need more carbs. Any suggestions or comments?
