Tired of cracking egg's to get the egg whites?

It seems alot of people go around cracking egg's to get the egg whites, WHY? look around in your store they sell egg whites in these big bottles which are 98% egg whites 0 fat 0 carbs and 10 grams of protein per serving. check it out




btw they are a little more expensive
 
dpsnutrition and affordable supplements sells 100% egg protein by optimum nutrition and I believe 1 scoop is equal to 7 egg whites.
 
I think most people prefer to buy regular eggs because it comes out cheaper that way.
 
Pasteurized egg-whites are usually thinner than egg-whites directly from pasteurized eggs. Egg substitute has loads of sodium. Eggs are cheaper.

That being said, I love egg-beaters + Kraft Fat-free cheese. Just ignore the bloat.
 
I buy Papetti's Hygrade Egg Products, Inc. Its a screw off top carton of 100% eggwhites. it roks, I eat much omlettes/frittatas with this and the FF cheese Plornive spoke of, its great. You can drink them down straigt if needed, no need to be worried about salmonila.
