You don't need to eat eight times a day, and you probably want to avoid eating late
 
where are your veggies and watery fruits?

i mean i have seen worse diets but this thing in bodybuilding where people are scared to eat produce is actually extremely unhealthy.

i interviewed Frank Zane on my podcast and he never ate that many meals a day or avoided produce. just saying. i understand though today everyone wants to look like rich piana (like he LOOKED atleast) but is that really bodybuilding? just saying
