    depends on what kind of fast you are doing man

    a lot of people will say 'if it has calories it hurts your fast'.. well yes but there is more to it than that. something like coffee or tea doesn't have calories but to me that is breaking a fast. part of fasting is not putting anything in your body that the stomach has to deal with besides water.

    Yes. Same as two weeks back when it was asked. In it's purest sense anything other than water is breaking a fast

    If the supplements you are consuming are non-caloric - you are still fasting.

    If you are consuming calories that are caloric like whey protein - then you broke the fast
