Sweet Potatoes, Gatorade, or bananas for post workout??

Are any of these ok for my post workout carbs, followed by a 40 gram protein shake a half hour later. If so, which is best? If not, what do you recommend???
 
I reccomend the 40 gram of whey shake w/ gatorade postworkout, followed up w/ a protein source ( i like redmeat) and yams ( or another starchy carb) for your first solid meal following your workout
 
oatmeal 100 grms and sultanas pre workout nice stuff 1 hr before or pototoes micowaved and sliced
