its in foods that contain no sugars on the label but will it cause fat sorage like sugar.........i want to use it in my diet but im no t sure if i can.......im eating no sugar except my grapefruit.

Oh yeah... I eat the hell out of "Fat free, no sugar added" ice cream by Blue Bunny. It has about 5 grams of sugar alcohols per serving.

Damn straight I eat it. Sucralose (splenda) is a perfect example of this.
