Excerpt: so how do you guys do it. How do you manage to eat so healthy
my diet in the office is what they feed us. It's a daily dose of take out food, pizza, and things like chocolate cake and expresso.
I'm also on my butt talking on the phone and doing a lot of paperwork
it's a struggle to eat healthy and I find myself wanting to snack every two hours from all the stress. My question is how do you do it

i don't keep unhealthy food in my home
in an office setting nobody is forcing you to eat what they have there. you can literally fast all day and then eat a healthy meal when you get home.

The only way I can do it is I don't keep unhealthy foods around either . And if I get the urge for something I'll either eat one bite or one drink of something and throw it away immediately.

dont buy or keep junk food around and you'll feel better
just takes time to get better

eat junk 1 time per week and you can eat right rest of time
