Not sure of this is where i put this post but i have tried EVERYTHING. Dropping calories, exercising more, abs exercises, you name it, except upping my cardio. I cant seem to get rid of the rest of my belly fat for anything. Got rid of some but there's still more to go. Very irritated to say the least. Should i stop lifting and do more cardio or lighten my weights and do more reps. Just don't know anymore.

Keep lifting as this burns way more cals than cardio. Increase intensity by cutting rest periods to 30 seconds or less. Keep reps above 10, but use challenging weights. Definitely add in more cardio and tighten up diet. Throw in some n2burn and n2slin to give you an edge.
