Whats the difference between CKD and TKD
I have the info on a cyclonic one working as 5 days keto 2 days carbo load. With the Carbo load days being pretty high in calories.

Interested in TKD though (I'll do a search so don't harrass me hehe,) probably should before posting. k sera sera

My stats are as follows
6"3/Just under 170 IBS, I was 164 gained muscle to 168 last 2 pounds I think are mainly fat from a fucked up diet. Don't have an accurate means of gauging BF% too bad would be nice way to judge results, but as of right now, I can see viens and some ab definition though obviously not as much as I'd wish for mabe at 12% now(wild guess based on when abs start becoming visible) Highest I've ever weighed in my life is 171 (few days ago day after easter ugh no more grandma please oohh all right ugh damn will power) Trying this because I've hit a wall in the classic style diet, I.e just a calorie deficet w/ cardio.

Today Ate Big pasta Dinner, start the KETO tommorrow trying for as close as possible to 0 carbs though my protein powder has carbs, striving to make that the only carbs I take in. (gone no carb before, I get a reverse effect more energy w/ less carbs less with more carbs, so mabe this is a very good diet for me as my body is telling me I have a problem with carbs) Also training blew today, ate carbs in the morning, it fucked me up in the gym like normal. (tire out fast give up before I actually hit failure ect..) I do better on an emtpy stomach.

Any know of any additional info or tips I should know about either the CKD or TKD diet?
