Soy okay for half the protein content for just 1 meal ED or EOD okay?

I know soy is an inferior protein source. I consume 50mg protein every 3 hours. Would one of those meals being half soy protein source be okay to eat ED or EOD? Thanks.
 
50mg protein wouldnt be much...im assuming you mean 50g's protein every 3 hours, in this case, you should definately be fine as long as this is consistent. The soy is inferior, but with the other amounts of protein you get, especially every 3 hours...you are fine.
