    soup is something those in colder climates depend on daily to stay warm. healthy soup is excellent. invest in a crock pot and learn how to make bone broth, then you can add veggies and some good quality meats to it. very healthy !

    Soup is usually decent, but it's not necessarily going to help you lose weight. Your diet as a whole needs to be right.

    Soup is a great addition to your diet especially in colder climates. Love a chicken broth with vegetables and noodles!

    Most soups are high in sodium so no. If you make your own then you control everything
