Someone critic my diet would be much appreciated

Breakfast meal 1
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup berries

Meal 2
Optimum whey shake 2 scoops
Apple

Meal 3
250g chicken breast
Half cup spinach
Half cup brown rice

Meal 4
Either one of the following
300g basa fish / 280g tuna
Spinach half cup
Brown rice half cup

Train

Post workout meal 5
Whey shake 2 scoops with oats 3/4 cup

Meal 6
Chicken 200g
Cup veggies
Half cup brown rice


Before bed

Greek yogurt
1 scoop whey protein
 
It looks ok, but heed the advice I've already given somewhere on this forum, don't eat too much tuna, definitely not every other day. You can google it, it contains quite a lot of mercury and should be eaten in moderation or you can have neurological issues after a few years. You don't seem to be planning on eating a lot of fat, you can snack on nuts to get more of it but watch your calories. You can also swap chicken for turkey sometimes if you get bored, it's also quite lean
