Ok, my diet is going really well, and I'm getting really lean and actually getting stronger, (that's a first for me.) Anyway, on my cheat day, i am craving like a deli sandwich of some type, but do not want the sodium. It seems a bit ridiculous to me to diet for six days and only look as lean as I am for 3 or 4 of them. So does anyone know of a type of sodium free cold cut or deli meat I could use, to quell my cravings while maintaining my definition?
