I know peanut butter has some cals, and whip cream. What else? I'm trying to bulk up here. thanks...

well lard and salad oil are good choices....
just kidding, those have a lot of calories
but they are unhealthy to consume a shit load

i would stick with
pasta, whole wheat bread, potatos, rice, oatmeal
for carbs (veggies are healthy but low carbs)

lean meats like steak, chicken, fish for protein

flax seed oil, peanut butter like you said, olive oil and such

and if you just want to bulk and don't care

burgerking is the best but i don't suggest that route

those are just basic shit

hey bro, don't worry about..i appreciate your input. I acutally didn't know some of those foods were rich in calories. steak, chicken, fish? I know they got plenty of protien... hmmmm.... what about side items, or condements? something like peanust butter where I can just eat right out of the bottle. Gotta get my 3,000+ cals :D

sorry, but i didn't mean that they had a lot of calories
i was just statin that they were the best protein sources
cleanest

shakes are the best way to get your calories in
i mean you can make a killer shake with a lot of calories

2 tablespoons peanut butter = 200 cals
2 scoops of whey= about 220 cals
2 cups milk= around 220 cals as well
add a benanna or some fruit= 100 cals
some flax maybe= around another 100 cals

i mean that right there is already 840 calories
and thats easy to drink up, even after a normal dinner
add whatever you like, this makes
buking a lot easier, maybe make smaller
servings of the shake and drink 3-4 a day
somethin like that

1g of fat = 9 cal
1 g of protein /carb = 4 cal

So food rich in fat is more "dense calorie" than others

>>> butter, mayo, oil, lard,....

but it is not that healthy :worried:
