I will include taro in my diet as a carb source and some info online says it contain a steroid , is that the same as anabolic food?

Taro is a root vegetable similar to potatoes.

Taro is also the name of the Canadian pharmaceutical company that manufactures steroids and prescription drugs. I think whoever wrote that info online got confused.

There are no steroids in any root vegetables like taro, potatoes, carrots etc.

lol Trevor is funny, always gotta blame it on Canada

what is actually being talked about here is Taro being a popular Samoan dish, and Samoan people are all huge and strong. many NFL athletes are samoan even though the population of them is so tiny. they call Taro "samoan steroids" for this reason.

now of course you can't just eat Taro and grow as big as a typical Samoan, but it is a very healthy root veggie similar to sweet potato
