diet is mostly chicken and turkey sandwiches...goal is fat loss

Take a look at the label. You'll see it's high in carbs, primarily sugars, and only about 20% of total calories come from protein if I remember correctly (about 10 grams). I would NOT recommend slim fast to anyone when they can get a better quality MRP for a cheaper price. It's marketed for the typical couch potato, and should be used by such.

No, simply put, no, slim fast is to be considered a junk food. It's loaded with sugar.

For the price of a slim-fast, you can get a 6oz. sandwich at subway...way better choice, in my view.
