biggernu High End Bro Platinum Dec 4, 2007 #3 Ya man on my days off of work, 4 days this week, i eat, then take naps. Infact last night after a 3 hour nap, i went back to the gym and did abs and obliques for an hour. Then i ate, and slept some more.
