Should I use whole milk or skim milk w/ N-Large

Should I take my N-Large with skim milk or whole milk? I was thinking whole milk because is has more calories and the caloric in take would higher if I take it with whole milk instead of skim milk. Any advice....
 
Definatly use milk, it adds slow digesting casein and the carbs help protein uptake. Water could slow down absobtion.

Ive used 3.25% homogenized in the past but 2% has the same protein content (-1g), whole just contains more fat, its not that much of a advantage.

diamond he said with n-large, obviously then he must not be dieting trying to cut down, so milk is fine when trying to bulk, but i would reccoment skim.
