    snacking is what is making us fat. whatever happened to eating just 2 or 3 meals a day? now the cookie cutters tell us we have to snack all day too. and what was the result? obesity has skyrocketed

    as for hunger, there is a difference between actually starving and your brain wanting something. a lot of people are simply addicted to sugar.
