Should cheese be avoided ?

well the fat from dairy is ironically the most healthy part of it lol

as far as cheese, if you get unpasteurized grassfed cheese from an actual farm in europe it is okay. not good but okay. the american style of cheese is awful, do you see what they put in it? it isn't really cheese.
 
Yeah I avoid cheese, occasionally might have some mozzarella on a pizza but I feel better when I am not eating any dairy.
 
In moderation it's fine, however for many, it tends to play too large a part of their dietary intake.
 
It’s got good protein but it’s all about your macros. Calories are high because of the fat content.
