Should cheese be avoided ?

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about Should cheese be avoided ? within the Diet & Bodybuilding category.

Excerpt: Should cheese be largely avoided? I do like a bit of cheese but it's not a problem to cut down/cut it out if it's full of fat or whatever. A definitive answer to this would be greatly appreciated!

well the fat from dairy is ironically the most healthy part of it lol

as far as cheese, if you get unpasteurized grassfed cheese from an actual farm in europe it is okay. not good but okay. the american style of cheese is awful, do you see what they put in it? it isn't really cheese.

Yeah I avoid cheese, occasionally might have some mozzarella on a pizza but I feel better when I am not eating any dairy.

In moderation it's fine, however for many, it tends to play too large a part of their dietary intake.
