OK - Not to brag on myself, but these are pretty damn good. I'll give you all the nutritional data to go with:

2 cups raw oats
1 scoop GNC Pro Performance Whey ISO Burst Vanilla Protien Powder
1 egg
1/2 cup VITASOY Light Vanilla Soy Milk
1/2 cup Maple Grove Farms Cozy Cottage Sugar Free Syrup

Throw it all into the blender until smooth. I used a 1/4 measuring cup to make about 6 pancakes and cooked them witout any oil or spray in a non-stick pan.

Total Recipe Nutritional Breakdown:
832 calories - 19.5g fat - 102 carbs - 48g protien

Breakdown per serving for 6 pancakes:
139 calories - 3.25g fat - 13 carbs - 8g protien

The syrup in the batter makes them good enough to eat alone. I'm always looking for pancake recipes - so please share!! :)

Give this one a shot......I found it posted somewhere (can't remember where tho). The consistancy is kinda strange when they're done, but I think they taste pretty damn good just the same.

1/4 cup water
4 scoops whey protein powder (@ about 10-15g protein/scoop)
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Mix dry ingredients in medium bowl. Then mix in wet ingredients. Cook on griddle or in skillet @ about 350 degrees. These things cook pretty fast, so u gotta keep a close eye on em. Makes about 6 pancakes

if the consistency of the battery is a little thick, add some water. Likewise, if the mixture is too thin, add somore protein powder. Or if too dry, add a little more vege oil

With the ingredients I use, the Nutrient Profile looks like this: 1 pancake = 72 cal, 2g carbs, 9g protein, 3g fat

**a Warning!!: I tried using GNC Mega Whey Vanilla as a powder for one batch and they came out tasting like Pepperidge Farm Goldfish, so unless u really like those, don't use this powder for this recipe

Mine's pretty simple and delish.

4 whole eggs
2 scoops protein

Mix and make like pancakes, use SF syrup if you want, they taste fine without though.

58g prot 19g fat 3g carbs.

1 cup egg whites and 1 cups whole oats. Mix in blender add some cinnamon then just pour in pan like normal pancakes and flip when 1 side turns golden.
