sauce/gravy for chicken

Welcome to the EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Site! Please join this discussion about sauce/gravy for chicken within the Diet & Bodybuilding category.

Excerpt: I am getting sick of dried chicken breast and rice all the time. Surely you guys have some sort of recipe that is easy to follow to make your own sauce. None of the sauces I see in the store have good stuff in them and usually taste really salty. Also do you cook the chicken with the sauce or do you add it after, I guess that is called marinading

Depends on your taste. I usually rotate between hot sauce, no sugar bbq, mustard, some dry seasonings, etc. Try using cooked veggies too as they can add a ton of flavour.
