where can I get some easy to follow cutting diets guys? something I can print out and put on my kitchen's board, any web in particular? I would ask you to help me out on this
sharing your cutting diets but it would take lot of your time

I would recommend to do the carb cycling diet - it is a very effective diet that is both easy to follow, and it is a healthy one. I really like this diet because it is not very restrictive, so you can still get in a wide variety of foods in your diet. You can check it out in more detail here - https://www.evolutionary.org/cycling-carbohydrates

The diet @lev butlerov posted is a fantastic diet. I actually wrote the article.

Carb cycling makes a lot of sense. Both scientifically and in a real world sense. No one will question the fact that carbs are anabolic. The problem with carbs is that too much of them will simply get you fat.

By carb cycling, you get the best of everything. The low carb days are fat loss focused and re-sythnesis muscle insulin sensitivity and the high carb days are very anabolic and replenish depleted glycogen levels.
